The objective of posters is to give their authors a chance to present their most recent work and receive feedback on their continuous research. Although posters may not describe completed work, they should at least summarize ongoing research activities along with preliminary results in a concise and easy to understand format. Each post submission can have a maximum of 10 PowerPoint slides in a .pptx file.
Accepted posters will be displayed at the conference. In addition, authors may submit a written summary (not published or considered elsewhere) with a maximum of two (2) pages, which will be included in the QRS 2025 Companions. The summary should include a title, the name and affiliation of each author, an abstract, and up to 6 keywords. The format of your submission must follow the QRS conference proceedings format (PDF | Word DOCX | Latex).
