Registration Policy
The registration fee must be paid in full with a credit card when registering for the conference.
Every paper (including those in Workshops,Fast Abstract Track, Industry Track, Poster Sessions, and Co-located Events) must have
at least one paid non-student registration (i.e., the student registration is not sufficient) before
June 15, 2025
in order to be included in the QRS 2025 proceedings or the QRS 2025 companion.
Authors with multiple papers must pay one non-student registration fee for each paper.
Each non-student registration includes meals and social events such as lunches, coffee breaks, reception, banquet, etc.
Student registration only applies to full-time students. It cannot be used to satisfy the registration requirement for a paper to be included in the proceedings or companion.
Student registration does not include tickets for conference reception and conference banquet.
Refund Policy
If you are the only author who paid a full registration fee for a paper that has already been included in the proceedings or companion, you cannot ask for a refund.
Cancellation by July 1, 2025: 50% refund of paid registration fee.
Cancellation after July 1, 2025: No refund.
However, you may substitute another person for your registration at any time.

Paper Presentation
Every paper must be presented by one of the authors in-person at the conference in order to be included in the IEEE digital library and indexed by the Ei Compendex.
This requirement cannot be satisfied by a guest presenter who is not a co-author of the paper; such papers will not be eligible for the digital library or the indexing service.
